Our mince is 100% pure free range chicken! It’s great to keep in the freezer for quick and easy meals – like this meatball recipe:

Ingredients:
FOR THE MEATBALLS
500q Hanskraal free range chicken mince
175ml yogurt
1 packet of brown onion soup

  • Mix everything together, and form 50g meatballs.
    FOR THE SAUCE:
    1 block of Chicken stock in 1/2 cup boiling water
    15ml tomato sauce
    15ml Worcester sauce
    15ml Vinegar
    15ml sugar
    15ml Chutney
    4 ginger biscuits (trust us)
    -Mix everything together and pour over raw meatballs
    -Bake in oven on 180 for 30mins or untill cooked through
